I found this post sitting in my drafts, so I figured it's about time to post. San Francisco seems like so long ago, yet like yesterday. One of my weekend's spent there, we went to Muir Beach Overlook. It was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, but it was extremely windy so we couldn't stay long. And we did other tourist things -- drove down Lombard Street, walked down Pier 39 and ate crabs!
Sunday was the 75th anniversary of the Golden Gate Bridge and my one week anniversary in San Fran! We went to a VIP Bash to watch the fireworks around the bridge! It was amazing! Below are a few pictures from my adventure.
Before jetting off to San Francisco, everyone told me that the weather would be cold. I would nod instinctively and smile about the thoughts of my upcoming "summer." Somehow though, none of these warnings could truly prepare me for the cold, windy days ahead. Well, I finally got to experience a little taste of summer visiting this hidden gem.
